We structure pipeline work in three layers so you can stop after clarity or continue into build.
Assessment engagements
You share repository access or job definitions, sample schedules, and incident history. We trace lineage from source through transform to consumer, noting brittle SQL, missing tests, and orchestration gaps. The output is a written assessment with ranked remediation items and effort ranges—not a generic maturity model score.
Advisory sessions
Booked in blocks after scope is agreed. Typical topics include backfill design, handling late-arriving facts, choosing batch versus stream for a new source, or defining data contracts between teams. Sessions are working meetings; we leave with decisions recorded, not open-ended brainstorming.
Implementation engagements
When you need code and configuration delivered, we draft a scope covering connectors, transforms, tests, deployment steps, and handover documentation. Work proceeds in milestones; fees for each milestone are confirmed before that milestone starts.
Next step
Describe your current pipeline pain in an inquiry—sources, tools, and what “done” looks like for you. We reply with proposed scope and fees.
