When you need hands-on build work, we implement agreed pipeline modules—connectors, transforms, tests, and deployment hooks—within a written scope.
How we move from inquiry to delivery
Every engagement starts with your context: source systems, expected freshness, and who will own the jobs after handover. We map that to concrete pipeline stages instead of generic “data strategy” language.
Assessments produce a prioritized backlog. Advisory sessions tackle one decision at a time—partition keys, deduplication, or retry semantics. Implementation work is bounded by a scope document you approve before build time is booked.
Fees and timelines are confirmed in writing after the initial inquiry; nothing on this site is a fixed package price.
Reliable pipelines are boring on good days: explicit contracts, tested transforms, and alerts that fire on real drift—not on every late file.

Do you run managed pipeline operations for us?
Our default model is consulting and scoped build work. Ongoing operations can be discussed if you need runbooks and handover first; that arrangement is defined in your statement of work.
Which stacks do you work in?
We work in the languages and frameworks your team already uses—SQL and Python pipelines, Spark or dbt projects, Airflow or Dagster orchestration, and cloud object stores. We match tooling to your constraints rather than prescribing a greenfield platform.
How are fees set?
After you submit an inquiry, we propose scope, deliverables, and fees in writing. Assessments, advisory blocks, and implementation milestones are priced separately so you can stop after an assessment if you only need direction.
Where are you based?
We work from Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal, and collaborate remotely with teams across South Africa. On-site working sessions can be arranged when scope requires it.
